Nestled just 1.5 hours outside of Berlin, this tranquil oasis offers us the most private and lush time to unplug from our daily life and receive a complete new connection to nature. Located by a quiet private lake, two lovingly designed and highly energetical warm houses offer space for feeling held, for coziness and pure comfort. The in-house Sauna is a wonderful way to support these days of releasing and connecting. Surrounded by lush nature, this place invites for strolls in the fields, a dip in the lake or grounding in one of the many fields around.

Through guided integrative practices you will experience deep self-understanding, emotional & mental awareness, and a renewed connection to yourself and life. You will realize pretty soon how deeply connected these parts are to our digestion and physical wellbeing.

Yoga, Breath & Trans­formative Meditaion

Our daily Yoga Practice, where breath, movement, and meditation intertwines to weave a tapestry of stillness and motion. Yoga offers us the gift to receive serenity and release mental blockages, unlocking inner harmony and outer radiance. We will dive into Hatha Yoga and intuitive Movement, Kriya Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.

Autumn, the time where seasons transition, is the best time to give your digestion a break – so why not doing it together, in the most nourishing and joyous way possible? There is no previous knowledge or experience needed at all. Come as you are, with all that is there and present for you at this time.
